Full profile page

Your own URL on Videographer.com with your name, bio, specialty tags, pricing range, portfolio link, and contact information.

City directory listing

Your profile appears in your city's videographer directory, accessible at Videographer.com/[city]. Free listings appear below paid featured placements.

Direct email delivery

Paid plans route client inquiries directly to your email address — no login required to respond. The message arrives with the client's name, project details, date, and budget.

Zero commission

We never take a percentage of your bookings. Every project you book through the directory goes entirely to you. Your rate card is none of our business.

Update anytime

Edit your profile, update your portfolio link, change your pricing range, or adjust your specialties at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancel anytime

No lock-in periods, no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your listing stays active through the end of your paid period.

Why does pricing vary by city?

Videography markets are not created equal. A listing in New York City or Los Angeles reaches a much larger pool of high-budget clients than a listing in a smaller market. Exclusive slots in top-tier cities command more because the demand they unlock is proportionally higher.

We price city listings to reflect the actual market value of the placement — not to maximize our revenue. An exclusive listing in a mid-size market might start at $87/mo. The same tier in a major metro might be $149/mo. In both cases, a single booking more than covers your annual listing cost.

Pricing questions

Can I upgrade from Free to Shared or Exclusive later? ⌄

Yes. Start with a free profile and upgrade when you're ready. Your existing profile information carries over — you'll just gain featured placement and lead routing at checkout. Upgrades are prorated for the rest of the billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel? ⌄

Your listing stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it drops from featured placement but your free profile remains unless you request full removal. You can reactivate a paid slot anytime as long as that tier is still available in your city.

Can I list in more than one city? ⌄

Yes, each city is a separate listing with its own monthly fee. Many videographers maintain a primary city (exclusive or shared) and a secondary city (shared or free) for markets they travel to regularly. There's no discount for multi-city listings at this time.

What payment methods do you accept? ⌄

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Billing is monthly, automatically renewed. We do not store card information on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Is there a free trial for paid plans? ⌄

We don't offer a trial period for paid listings, but we do offer the free tier with no credit card required. You can assess the directory's quality and client traffic before upgrading. If you upgrade and the slot genuinely doesn't perform after 30 days, reach out — we'll work with you.
