1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Videographer.com (the "Site") or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, videographers with listings, and clients who use the Site to find and contact videographers.

2. Description of Service

Videographer.com is an online directory that connects clients with freelance videographers. We provide a platform for videographers to create and maintain public listings and for clients to browse those listings and send direct inquiries.

Videographer.com is a directory, not a marketplace. We do not:

• Process payments between clients and videographers
• Participate in negotiations or contract terms between clients and videographers
• Guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of any videographer's services
• Mediate disputes between clients and videographers

Any contract, payment, or dispute related to a videography project is solely between the client and the videographer.

3. Videographer Accounts

To create a listing on Videographer.com, you must register for an account and provide accurate information. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally authorized to provide videography services in your listed locations
• All information in your profile is accurate and up to date
• Your portfolio samples are your own original work and you hold the necessary rights to display them
• You will respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• You will maintain an active listing status and update your availability promptly

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms or reflects poorly on the quality and trustworthiness of the directory, at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Videographer listings are offered on a subscription basis at the fees described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Videographer.com does not store payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Client Inquiries

Clients may submit inquiries to listed videographers through the contact forms on videographer profile pages. By submitting an inquiry, you:

• Consent to having your name and email address shared with the videographer you contact
• Agree to use the contact information provided solely for the purpose of your videography project
• Agree not to use the platform to solicit services or products unrelated to videography

Videographer.com does not guarantee that videographers will respond to all inquiries or that any videographer will be available for your project dates.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Videographer.com to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Submit spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or bulk inquiries
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Videographer.com name, logo, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of Videographer.com and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Videographers retain full ownership of all portfolio content, profile images, and other materials they submit to the Site. By submitting content, you grant Videographer.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site and in promotional materials related to the directory.

You may revoke this license at any time by removing content from your profile or canceling your account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Videographer.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or listings on the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Videographer.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue or profits
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Quality or outcome of any videography project arranged through the Site
• Conduct of any videographer or client discovered through the Site

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Site at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
