videographer.com · your profile

A page of your own, where the cost question gets asked.

Before anyone calls you, they ask a search box what a wedding film costs in your city. Something answers. Your profile sits on the site that publishes that answer — so the studio they read about is you, at the moment the number in their head is being set.

the surface

This site is built to answer that question

Not a directory listing among a thousand. A page on the site that publishes the cost answer for every shoot type it covers.

Wedding videographer cost · Corporate event videographer cost · Brand film cost · Real estate video cost · Music video cost

Under each of those sits a page per market — the numbers, the levers that move them, and the range for a shoot like the one being described. Those are the pages yours sits alongside.

what you get

Your own profile page on videographer.com

  • Your studio at videographer.com/p/your-name — a page that is yours, not a row in a list. Your work, the cities you cover, and what you actually shoot.
  • A link to your site that Google counts — a do-follow link, not the dead kind a directory hands you.
  • Your work on it, the pieces you pick, described the way you would describe them.
  • A read before it goes up. If it is wrong about your business, it does not publish.

It carries this line, in plain sight: Paid placement — this studio paid to be featured here. A paid placement dressed up as an editorial one is what discredits a directory, so it never is one.

what we need

What it takes from you

  • Your website, and the cities and shoot types you cover.
  • Three to five pieces you are proud of, with links.
  • Who to credit, and how your studio name is written.
  • Answers to a couple of questions by email. It is the part that makes the page read like you.
the limits

What it will not do

  • It does not buy you a ranking. Nobody can sell you one. Anybody who says otherwise is selling you something else.
  • It does not touch your leads. Requests match on coverage and fit, and there is nothing you can buy that changes that.
  • It is not an audience. This site is new. You are buying a page with your name, your work and your link on it — on a surface built to answer the cost question — not a crowd that is already there.
when

The date is agreed after you buy

No turnaround is advertised, because nobody has committed to one.

You get an email as soon as the payment lands, and the schedule is set in that thread around what you send back. If the fit is wrong, that is the conversation to have before anything goes up.

The payment path here is real and runs on Stripe, and it is not turned on yet — so there is no button pretending otherwise. Email us and the feature is arranged by hand, the same way advertising is.
